Can the motor, drive and cables be purchased separately?

Yes, but before ordering, the complete model codes of the motor, drive, encoder, power cable and encoder cable must be checked for compatibility.

Can a WECON HMI work with a PLC from another manufacturer?

It can, provided the panel supports the required protocol and physical interface. Give us the exact PLC model so we can check compatibility.
