General Return and Exchange Policy


"PNEUSYSTEMS" Engineering Company, LLC We strive to provide a high level of service and meet our customers' needs. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist you throughout the process.

We provide warranties for the delivered Goods for a period corresponding to the manufacturer’s warranty period. You have the right to return or exchange goods of satisfactory quality within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights.”

 

 

Returns or exchanges are permitted provided that:

 

  • The product was not used in accordance with its intended purpose and the manufacturer’s established usage guidelines;

  • the labels and signs of authenticity of the delivered product have been preserved;

  • a completed complaint form signed by the responsible person and including their contact information (the complaint form is provided by the supplier upon request);

  • copies of supporting documents (receipt, delivery note, etc.) are available.

 

 

Return of a Defective Product

 

If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to:

  • Free exchange for a similar item;
  • Refunds within 7 calendar days;
  • Repair or rectification of defects (as agreed by the parties).

Our company covers all costs associated with the return or exchange of defective merchandise.

 


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Under current law, the following items are non-returnable:

  • products that are custom-made or have custom specifications;
  • products that were used for purposes other than their intended use, or in violation of the operating instructions;
  • products that are replaceable sets or single-use items.

 

 

Return or Exchange Policy

 

  1. Message: Please contact us by phone or email using the contact information listed in the section Contact Information, Please contact your account manager.

  2. Preparation: Prepare the merchandise for return by ensuring it is in proper condition and that all necessary documents are included.

  3. Sending: Please ship the goods, as previously agreed with the manager, to the Nova Poshta branch located at Branch No. 1, Varash, Rivne Oblast.

  4. Review: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund or arrange an exchange.

  • If in stock at the local warehouse, within 7 business days.
  • or within the delivery period corresponding to the manufacturer's delivery period (7–30 calendar days).

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • If you return a product that is of acceptable quality (e.g., the model didn't fit, etc.), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs (according to the shipping company's rates).
  • When returning goods of substandard quality, we will cover the shipping costs.
